Hi there, I’m glad you’re here! My name is Caitlin, I have extensive clinical experience with trauma, complex trauma, anxiety and depression as well as working alongside law enforcement, emergency response services, veterans and their families. I understand that those in the helping field and those who have been designated as the helpers & problem solvers often find it difficult to seek help for themselves. Being in a role where you are expected to provide support to others can make it challenging to acknowledge when you may need support yourself. I am here to offer a safe, understanding environment where we can work together to address your well-being and discover a sense of peace and balance. In my practice I place emphasis on the individuality of clients, using interventions tailored to their specific experiences and needs. Focus is placed on the integration of various techniques and theories where I am able to meet clients where they are at through the lens of mindfulness, the mind body connection, and the incorporation of evidence-based practices.
